News From Camp: How does God move, and how do I join him.

Hello from Young Life Camp in Buena Vista, CO!!!  God is absolutely amazing.  The camp is beautiful, the guys & gals are having the time of their lives, and we're just past the first 12 hours!!!  What an opportunity to give them a HUGE week - separated from their drama, their electronics, and their past, and for them to hear a message of how God is TOTALLY in love with them and wants to give them life (John 10:10).

Quick Story:
Yesterday on the way to camp, half of our group was enamored with the Rocky Mountains that they had never seen before.  Good thing we've gone digital with our film - because they took about a thousand pictures on the 3 hour trip through the mountains.  When we arrived at camp God opened up the chance for me to have a heart-to-heart with one of my High School friends on the trip.   I told this friend, if God decided to make this senery as beautiful as it is, just working with dirt and rocks, how much more does he want to do something even more beautiful in your life.  (Read Matthew 6 for a similar conversation from Jesus).  Her eyes teared up.

Today, may you know that you are God's best of Creation!  That the beauty that he has stored up in you far exceeds the thousand mile landscape of the Rocky Mountains... and that he desires you with a jealous, passionate love.

Thanks for being a part of bringing this news to our High School friends.
Ryan
